Realty Lister 360 AI is a real estate marketing software service operated by Social Auto Group LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). This policy applies to the Realty Lister 360 AI website, Chrome extension, and connected account services. The service helps authorized users prepare property listings for third-party sites and generate property marketing videos.
2. Information involved in providing the service
Depending on the features you use, the service may handle the following categories of information:
- Account and subscription information: name, business and contact details, account identifiers, plan, authorized users, API key or authentication token, and billing status.
- Property and listing content: property descriptions, addresses, prices, photos, URLs, media, and related details that you upload, enter, or explicitly use with the extension.
- AI video inputs and outputs: selected property photos, instructions, voice or branding preferences where provided, uploaded logos or messages, and generated video files.
- Technical and activity data: browser or extension version, device or session identifiers, error logs, workflow status, dates of processing, IP address or other technical records needed for account security, debugging, and service operation.
- Support requests: messages you send to us and the contact details required to respond.
- Website and payment information: contact-form submissions and transaction details supplied to our checkout provider. Card data should be processed by the payment provider rather than collected by the extension.
3. Website access and extension permissions
The extension interacts with supported webpages to perform features the user initiates, such as reading relevant property details and preparing listings. Browser host permissions may allow the extension to interact with designated sites; the full set of requested permissions depends on the installed version. Access to a webpage is not permission to collect unrelated browsing history. We intend to limit collection or transmission of page content to information reasonably required for user-requested functionality and technical reliability.
The extension may use a stored API key or session identifier to associate authorized activity with your subscription. Please do not share your key. The extension should not request your Facebook or Craigslist password in the Realty Lister account interface. You remain responsible for any third-party sign-in and posting activities in your own browser.
4. How information is used
- Provide and maintain subscription access and user-seat permissions.
- Prepare and populate authorized property listing content and related posting workflows.
- Process property photos and generate the AI videos users request.
- Display processing status, save or retrieve results where the product supports that feature, and provide user support.
- Prevent unauthorized account usage, investigate errors, protect system security, and meet applicable legal obligations.
- Communicate essential service or account updates and respond to support requests.
5. Sharing and service providers
Information may be transmitted to service infrastructure and vendors necessary to operate the service, such as cloud hosting, data storage, AI video processing, payment processing, customer support, and authentication providers. Users may also choose to send listing content to third-party sites such as Facebook Marketplace or Craigslist when using posting features. Those services process information under their own terms and privacy policies.
We do not authorize sharing of extension-derived user data with data brokers or unrelated advertising networks, and we do not use that data for personalized advertising. If required by applicable law, we will provide further information about the categories of service providers involved in processing your data.
6. Storage, security, and retention
We use administrative and technical measures intended to protect access to accounts and content, including access controls and encryption in transit where information travels between the extension, website, and services. No method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
Account records may be retained while your subscription is active and for a period required for business, fraud prevention, tax, or legal purposes. Listing content, source photos, generated videos, logs, and backups may have different retention periods based on service operation and user requests. You may request deletion of eligible information through the privacy contact below. Some information may remain in backups or legally required records for a limited period.
7. Your choices and deletion requests
You may choose not to upload property content or use optional extension functions. You can disable or uninstall the extension in Chrome. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your Realty Lister account data, content, or generated media, contact our privacy team using the address below. We will evaluate requests and respond as required by applicable law, subject to any necessary legal retention obligations.

Deleting a Chrome extension from your device does not necessarily delete account records on the service server. You should also submit a deletion request if you want the hosted data addressed.
8. Chrome Web Store Limited Use
The use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We will use Chrome extension data only for the extension’s clearly disclosed functionality and associated operational purposes. We do not sell extension-derived user data or use it for unrelated advertising or credit evaluation. Any access to browsing-related content is limited to providing the relevant user-facing feature.
9. Cookies and website services
The website may use essential cookies, session technologies, hosting logs, and third-party services associated with GoHighLevel, embedded videos, contact forms, or checkout. Third-party embeds such as YouTube or Vimeo may set their own cookies when loaded. Where required by applicable law, additional cookie notices or consent choices will be provided.
10. Children's privacy and international use
Realty Lister 360 AI is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 13. If we learn that personal information from a child has been collected in violation of applicable law, we will take appropriate steps to delete it. The service may process data in jurisdictions where its hosting or providers operate; relevant international transfer disclosures must match the actual providers in use.
11. Changes to this policy
