Where do I find the extension after installing?
Click the puzzle-piece icon in the Chrome toolbar, find Realty Lister 360 AI, and pin it. Reload your current page if needed.
I see an invalid API key message.
Make sure you copied the full API key without spaces and that your subscription is active. If it continues, contact your account administrator or product support.

QUICK FIXES
Why is Marketplace not filling all fields?
Make sure you are on the supported listing form and that the required property details exist. Refresh the page, reopen the extension, and retry.
Why is a Facebook page blocked?
Facebook can change access, feature eligibility, or posting limits. Review any message from Facebook and your account standing; the extension cannot override platform restrictions.

Enter the required Craigslist posting information in the Craigslist workflow before completing the external site’s posting process.
Does Craigslist allow unlimited postings?
Your Realty Lister subscription does not meter its included workflows, but Craigslist may apply its own posting rules, charges, account requirements, and limits.

QUICK FIXES
Why does my video say in queue?
Video processing is queued. Check the status again later. Contact support if it exceeds the processing window your account was given.
Why did my upload fail?
Check image format, file size, permissions, connection, and browser security restrictions. Retry with another supported image if needed.

QUICK FIXES
The extension does not open.
Visit chrome://extensions, ensure Realty Lister 360 AI is enabled, reload Chrome, and try again. If the browser is managed by your company, contact IT.
The photos will not upload.
Confirm the source photo URLs are accessible, review browser permissions, and retry. Security extensions or managed networks sometimes block transfers.
The browser says the site is unsupported.
Use a supported desktop Chrome browser and refresh the destination page. Site layouts can change and may temporarily require an extension update.
Tutorial videos are placeholders until you add your own YouTube or Vimeo URLs in the configuration. Written troubleshooting steps are available now.
